If you're happy to wait 2-3 weeks for it, they're perfect. Knives. Unfortunately mine were slight late. Will order again though

This knife is heavier than my equivalent length Global knife but very nicely balanced. First thing you notice when using it is how sharp it is! Was prepping red peppers and the blade fell through them under its own weight. Would recommend highly.
