  1. Shipping Destinations If your address shows up, we can deliver it! Unfortunately, if your address does not show up you might be a little rural for our shipping partners.

  2. Shipping Times Our estimated shipping times are the following in business days:

  • United States: 3-7 Days
  • Australia: 5-10 Days
  • New Zealand: 5-10 Days
  • United Kingdom: 5-15 Days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 Days

Please be aware that these shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as the shipping destination, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

We utilise multiple warehouses, so please be mindful that your order will be shipped from whichever has stock at the time of your order.

Any orders with custom engraving are subject to much longer delivery times as they are made to order. Please allow 10-15 business days from your order date to arrival.

Please allow 2-3 days once your parcel is shipped for the tracking information to show. If there has been no update on your parcel, your parcel will be in customs and there is nothing to update. This process can take up to 10 days depending on how busy the customs port is but usually within 24 hours.

The shipping method used will depend on the destination and size of your order. We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

  2. Shipping fees: Our shipping is currently completely free for a limited time, no matter the destination.

  3. Order Processing Time: Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and an estimated shipping date.

  4. Tracking Your Order: We understand the importance of being able to track your order. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

  5. Customs and Duties: Please be aware that customs and import duties may apply when your order reaches its destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable fees and regulations. If you refuse to pay the import taxes and the item is destroyed you will not be eligible for a full refund.
