Always hand wash and dry each knife after use. With a soft sponge or cloth. Never machine wash.
Our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime we recommend using a whetstone.

The only thing is when your cooking and your hands are wet or slightly oily the handles get very slick and it is hard to hold the knife.
