What does the Tedzukuri Knives warranty encompass?
Tedzukuri Knives assures that every knife or product we offer is free from defects in material, craftsmanship, and construction when used normally and in accordance with our care instructions. However, please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or accidents. It is applicable solely to the individual who made the purchase from our online store. Instances such as knife blade chipping, knife tip breakage, food-related discoloration, and rust spots are not covered by this warranty. In many cases, chips and broken tips can be remedied through re-sharpening.
The following circumstances fall outside the scope of our warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper use, or accidents.
- Misuse involving the cutting of hard substances such as frozen foods, bones, hard nuts, or hard cheese.
- Improper use, such as employing the item as a screwdriver, can opener, or bottle opener.
- Accidental dropping of your knife on the floor or striking it against other hard surfaces.
- Rust and discoloration resulting from inadequate aftercare.
Please be aware that our products are backed by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major one, you have the right to request their repair or replacement.
This warranty extends additional benefits to consumers, which are complementary to their other rights and remedies under applicable laws governing the goods covered by this warranty.

Read the reviews online, loved the paua design as my husband’s riding name is The Paua and decided to surprise him since he’s the cook in our house. And he LOVES his new knives! Very sharp, pretty design, he says they balance well in his hand and they look fabulous in our kitchen. If you’re hesitating because of the price, don’t. They’re worth the money
Pleased with my knives. I’m a vegetarian so don’t need the boning knife but the other 4 are excellent. Wish I had 2 of the chopping & paring knives instead. Pleased overall

Great knives always wanted a great set of Japanese knives since living in Japan and bringing back 1 Global knife which needed replacing after 10 years of resharpning. Wouldnt be without them and well worth the investment!
