Knife Care

Lifetime Warranty:

We are so confident in our quality of knives we offer a free lifetime guarantee on our entire range from manufacturing defects.

Washing:
Always hand wash and dry each knife after use. With a soft sponge or cloth. Never machine wash.

What NOT to cut or hit:
All our knives at Tedzukuri are not designed or manufactured to withstand the strength of any bone. If a bone is hit, whether it's scraped along the side or directly hit, you run a very high risk of the blade becoming bent and out of shape.

Sharpening:
Our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime we recommend using a whetstone. If purchased at the same time you will get the whetstone 20% off.
