Does Tedzukuri Japan ship worldwide?

Yes, we have a free delivery method for everywhere in Australia & New Zealand.

 

Cancellations or Order Modification

All orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order without a fee or penalty. If the order is being custom engraved we cannot issue you a refund as the knives become unsellable.

 

What is Tedzukuri's Shipping & Processing Times?

Free Delivery Options:

- Australia 5 - 10 Days
- New Zealand 20 - 40 Days

Paid Delivery Options:
- Australia 1 - 5 Days
- New Zealand 10 - 20 Days

Due to high demand please allow an additional 2-3 days for post office processing. Please note: All custom engraving orders will take about 4 weeks as they are sent to an engraver over in Hong Kong & directly shipped from there. Please bare with us during this time & if you have any dramas or questions do not at all hesitate to reach out.

 

Can my orders be tracked?

Once your order has left our warehouse you will be provided with a tracking number from Australia Post. If you have purchased Custom Engraving it's best to track through our website. For any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@tedzukurijapan.com.au

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tedzukurijapan.com.au.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All custom engraved knives strictly have a no refund policy as they cannot be resold. Please consider this before adding custom engraving as an additional extra.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Change of mind 

If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase once it has been shipped we can still issue you a refund providing the above standards are met. We cannot redirect parcels once they have left. You will have to wait till you receive the product and pay return shipping to Australia.
