Description
Pick a single Awabi knife, or build your own set one blade at a time.
Every Awabi knife has a 67-layer Damascus steel blade and a full-tang abalone and acrylic handle that shifts colour as it catches the light. The pattern is different in every handle, so no two knives look the same.
Choose your knife
- Chef 203mm: the everyday all-rounder for slicing, dicing and chopping
- Santoku 180mm: flatter blade for fast chopping and push cuts
- Utility 130mm: the in-between knife for sandwiches, herbs and small jobs
- Boning 150mm: narrow blade for trimming meat and fish
- Paring 90mm: peeling, trimming and small, detailed cuts
Building a full kit? The Awabi 5-Piece and 7-Piece sets work out cheaper than buying each knife on its own.
Is it real Damascus?
Yes. The blade is 67-layer pattern-welded Damascus steel: the layers are the steel itself, not a print or an etch. The pattern is formed by a stamped process, so it looks the same across knives of one model. Each handle is one of a kind.
