Washing:
Always hand wash and dry each knife after use. With a soft sponge or cloth. Never machine wash.

Sharpening:
Our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime we recommend using a whetstone.

Yes our knives are dishwasher safe. However, for longevity of the blades sharpeness we would recommend hand washing.
